Impossible Easy Banana Custard Pie
A great banana cake recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened
  • condensed milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch glass pie pan or spritz with cooking spray.

1. In a small bowl, mix bananas and lemon juice and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Add banana mixture and stir until blended.

3. Pour into pie pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Cool completely, about 1 hour.
Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.

To serve: If desired, top with whipped cream, caramel, and chopped nuts. The banana cake recipe is ready..enjoy it !
